George A. Petrulakis represents clients in land use, entitlement, and politically sensitive matters. He seeks land use entitlements from cities and counties, helps navigate the regulatory maze of land use and entitlement regulation, and advocates for you on all land use issues that affect your property or project. He regularly appears before government agencies when representing clients on land use and entitlement matters, and has also served as special counsel for numerous government agencies.
He is a member of the California State University Stanislaus Foundation and has served as president since 2012.
